If you hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit — pilots flying internationally and boaters heading to foreign ports, this means you — you're supposed to have it with you when you operate. The problem? The FCC hands you a sheet of paper and tells you to cut out the wallet copy and laminate it yourself. That's why we are offering to print your permit in durable plastic card form, at a low, low price. It goes in your wallet or flight bag next to your certificate and lasts as long as the permit does — which is for life.

Just give us your permit serial number (it starts with RR) or your FCC Registration Number (FRN), and we'll do the rest. We look up your current FCC record and print it in the FCC's own wallet format, front and back, with the signature line ready for you to sign. Don't know your numbers? Your FRN is on any FCC license you hold, or you can find it by searching your name at the FCC's license search.

One thing we can't look up: your date of birth. The FCC's current permit shows it, but the FCC does not make it public, so we have no access to it. If you'd like it on your card, enter it below exactly as it appears on your permit (MM-DD-YYYY). If you leave it blank, your card will be printed without a date of birth.
